Conditions for investors

In order to purchase a plot of land in the new Business and Innovation park “Mežgarciems”, entrepreneurs must comply with the following conditions:

- Production facilities must be completed: within 30 months

- Investments: at least EUR 500,000

- New jobs: at least 15
